Megan may be relatively new to the industry – she got her start in real estate in 2021 as an agent at RE/MAX Ready – but that doesn’t mean she hasn’t already found success in her young career. She started by making her mark with rentals, but she also closes her share of sales as well: In 2023, Megan was a member of the 100% Club ($100,000 to $249,000 in gross commissions). Megan has closed over 175+ rentals for landlords in the past 2 years. As of 2024, Megan has started her own property management division. #AskHerr she does it all.
Erica is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse background in the industry. Her journey began at Keller Williams, where she gained valuable experience as a receptionist before delving into the world of REO properties with Ralph and Karen Chiodo. In 2016, Erica obtained her real estate license and joined the Bonnie Pappas Team, where she continues to provide exceptional service to her clients. With her wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience, Erica ensures that every transaction is seamless and successful. As a DIG member and a landlord, she generously shares her insights and expertise with other DIG members inspiring others to excel in the real estate market.
Twenty-four years ago, Bonnie began her real estate journey as an investor, revitalizing rental properties alongside her husband. As a DIG member, she forged partnerships and delved into wholesale and rehab projects. In 2009, she obtained her Real Estate license, specializing in short sales post-market crash. Transitioning to traditional retail sales, Bonnie established a successful team made up of herself and three fabulous agents. Together, they've closed over 485 transactions, earning a stellar reputation in the industry.
