Tuesday night we have a very rare opportunity to speak with an Investor Friendly Lender. Deb Plazio of Spring Garden Lending will tell us about the state of the market and how interest rates are affecting investors. She will also get down to basics by explaining the differences among types of investor loans. Deb has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is an investor herself. She may even share her story about doing a new build in another country! Come join us for an opportunity to have a lender answer all your questions. It's always helpful to register ahead so we can tell the venue the approximate headcount.
