Deb Nye's BIO:
First an investor, then an agent, Deborah Nye bought her first investment property in 2008.
After completing the total renovation of the property pretty quickly with very few problems,
Deborah continued to purchase, renovate, and rent, working her way up to purchasing a
commercial property and an out of state apartment building.
Her influences in Real Estate and renovation began early, “I knew how to lay tile, paint, and
scrape wallpaper by the time I was 13, having grown up with my dad renovating our houses
while we lived in them.” I developed a keen sense of style, color, and how to create a stylish
living space. Funny, I am now seeing some of those tile patterns from my childhood back in
style!
Deborah prides herself on building relationships, giving back, and being a “decent” landlord.
She enjoys helping new investors achieve success by teaching “beginning” investing
through her REIA (DIG), Main Line Night School and InvestHer. Using the theory of "less properties
with higher yield" Deborah will help you learn to "Have a Goal, Build a Team, Educate Yourself,
and Take Action!"
