Lower Bucks Subgroup is back!
Let’s get together and talk everything related to Lower Bucks investing: We'll cover Strategies, go over Real Examples, and Brain Storm in the Current Market and share ideas. Join us every 4^th Monday of the month, 7-9pm at a convenient private location by Oxford Valley Mall. Food is right next door to grab a bite.

A little about Olga and Rich:
Olga has been a DIG member since 2008 and has been an active investor since 2001, with holding her real estate license since 2008 in NJ and PA. Olga’s husband Rich retired from active duty military in 2021 after 28 years of service and obtained his real estate license. Her and her husband have experience with college rentals, flips and most currently short term rentals in Poconos and in Florida, as well as private funding. Olga and Rich have 2 daughters that grew up renovating homes since they were little, and are now in high school.
