Corey Ruyak
Corey’s diversified background in real estate brings a unique perspective investments. Starting in real estate while being a full time university student, he has been able to tackle traditional resale, primarily working with investors, luxary real estate auctions, wholesaling, flipping houses, rentals, land subdivision, student housing, off market property, acquisitions, creative financing, personally project managing most of all his renovation projects and more.
Josh Bacon
Proud girl dad, husband, and Phillies, Eagles, & FSU fan. I Got into real estate because of my grandpop, he owned a handful of rentals growing up and I spent many weekends cutting grass and cleaning up properties. As I got older thought I always wanted to be like my grandpop and own some rentals. I started looking into real estate seriously in 2016 sent out some mailers at the end 2016 got my first deal under contact in December of 2016 which was a short sale that was anything but short and took 5 months to close. Since that first deal on Carlisle street and 130+ deals later I still enjoy connecting with sellers & the chase of a good deal.
Mark Morey
I started investing in 2020 when I bought my first Turn-key rental property while working in Corporate America. A year later while working my same job I did my first (and thankfully successful) BRRRR and was able to build about $45k in equity, roughly my yearly salary at the time. A few months later I did my first wholesale deal where I netted about $7k and a few weeks later I quit my job and mentored under a local investor for a year before going out on my own. Now my primary goal is fix and flips and novation’s with a little bit of wholesaling.
In 2023 I completed about 35 transactions. Roughly 9 rental properties 5 fix and flips and about 20 wholesales. I am a big advocate of direct to seller marketing as you will always make the most amount of money when you buy.
