This will be our Philly Night! We're having Philadelphia Cheesesteaks and Soft Pretzels! Wear your favorite Philly Sports Team jersey, Let's Go Phillies, Eagles, 76ers, Flyers!!!

We’re bringing in some of the most successful investors who have made at least a million or more in real estate, utilizing various strategies and following the market closely. They’ll tell us how they’d do it AGAIN if they lost everything and had to make it back in 2 years in today’s market.

This event is always REALLY enlightening because every million-dollar earner has very DIFFERENT ways that they would approach a challenge like this. You’ll get TONS of pearls of wisdom that will help you get where they are, only faster.

These investors have years of experience and thousands of transactions under their belts. It’s that experience they’ll use to tell you about the best ways to make money with money, or WITHOUT money, plus the resources you need to gather NOW, the roads to AVOID. This meeting is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to gather hard-won, in-the-trenches advice from people who’ve reached the summit you’re climbing toward now.

Our Master Moderator will be  Vena Jones-Cox (a.k.a. the Real Estate Goddess) she is a  nationally-respected wholesaling expert who’s done over 1,000 deals in hot markets and cold, and taught thousands of other new wholesalers and new investors how to become successful and get past the painful, frustrating“I really want this, but I don’t know what to do and I’m not making any money” stage of beginnerhood.

If you have met Vena, you already KNOW she loves what she does. She is a self-admitted  real estate geek who is  interested in just about every aspect of real estate investing, finds it all fascinating, and is a sort of walking encyclopedia of techniques, trivia, and both useful and useless information about real estate, and yes, she is a true, rabid believer in the idea that real estate investing is the best way to achieve financial independence

If that doesn’t tell you enough about her, here are a few bullet points:

  • She does all of her investing in the Greater Cincinnati area, which includes Northern Kentucky.
  • she bought her first rental property in 1989 and  still owns it.
  • Since then, she has bought and sold, or continues to manage, somewhere in excess of, oh, I don’t know, 700 deals. People who can quote the exact number crack her up.
  • Yes, she wholesales properties. A lot of them. At the moment, an average of 1 every 9.125 days
  • Yes, she also lease/option, rent, and land contract properties. At the moment, she acquires about 5 new “keepers” a year.
  • Yes, she buys properties using owner financing, private financing, buying subject to, and in lots of other creative ways.
  • She has been the president of the Real Estate Investors Association of Greater Cincinnati, the Ohio Real Estate Investors Association, and the National Real Estate Investors Association.
  • Real estate investing is only her vocation; her avocation is teaching other people about real estate investing.
  • The only thing she loves more than teaching real estate to a crowd of people is helping ONE person do a deal, or build their business to the next level, or solve a real estate problem.
  • She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Ohio, but never lists properties that aren’t my own or works directly with buyers
  • Since 1998, she has hosted a Public Radio show called “Real Life Real Estate Investing”. You can listen to it on Wednesdays at 5 p.m. eastern at 89.9 FM in the Cincinnati area. If you’re not in the Cincinnati area on Wednesdays at 5, you can listen to it streaming at www.WMKVfm.org. You can also download prior shows as podcasts here

So you NEED to be at the September meeting to see Vena do what she does best- get you the best information form our panelists on how they would become millionaires all over again in two years with only the knowledge they have gained!

Loyd "Sam" Warf

My background began as a general contractor building custom homes in the late 80's and in 2000 I broke my back and was forced to make a career change. I had owned a few rental properties and transitioned into investing mostly in real estate full time, replacing my income within 13 months with positive Cashflow from the rental that we had acquired with NO MONEY out of our pocket . I have been involved in over 300 real estate transactions, and at present own we have over 90 units mainly single family homes, duplexes, small apartments and trailer parks.  Specializing in creative deal structure and solving real estate problems. And reducing taxes.
