DIG's Newest Subgroup is the Newtown Subgroup! 

To kick this group off, we're having a special Opening Night February 29th, 2024

Our Regular Meetings will continue in March on the 2nd Wednesday of the Month
(Please note: our Central Bucks Subgroup will be moved to the LAST Wednesday of the Month starting March 2024) 

We'll be hosting a 2 Part Series:
       Part I – Analyzing Real Estate Deals
       Part II – Q&A with Dan Lyons from Fox Rothchild

Read a little more about Dan: 
Daniel focuses his diverse legal practice on real estate, business and associated litigation matters.

He represents clients in real estate acquisition and development from the ground up, helping them resolve legal issues from the initial transaction though final approvals. This includes negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, obtaining zoning and land development approvals and advocacy throughout.

Daniel also has years of civil litigation experience, which enables him to offer a wide variety of legal services to his clients, including advising them on landlord-tenant disputes, easement disputes, tax assessment appeals, failure-to-disclose matters, zoning and land use appeals, and more!
