All the houses we are visiting are in Bridesburg, Philadelphia!
Owner of the Property will be there to go over the Purchase Price, Cost of Repairs, ARV (After Repair Value), and information on the deals. Open to questions! Visiting 3 houses in the different stages of the Rehab process. With the final house being close to completion. All properties are located in Bridesburg area.
