I am wrapping up a project at 7200–7206 Germantown Avenue Philadelphia PA 19119 that involved the renovation of nine apartments, numerous Historical Commission approvals, the buildout of a restaurant with a profit share structure, the re-leasing of an existing retail space, and a significant amount of compliance work that had been deferred by the prior owner. This is an11-unit mixed-use building.

This project threw more at me than any other project I have undertaken, and I learned quite a bit along the way. I am hosting a tour for DIG members and will walk through the scope of work, how the building was financed, share project costs, original assumptions compared with the actual results, and the development process more generally.
