Topic: Intro to STR, MTR & Innovative Rental Strategies

DIG’s Short-Term, Mid-Term & Innovative Rental Strategies Subgroup is led by Veronica Ferrante, local investor and operator, alongside co-leader Mason Kimball. Investors of all experience levels are welcome to attend, listen, and participate.

Each month, we meet to discuss real-world strategies around short-term rentals, mid-term rentals, and creative rental approaches. Meetings focus on market trends, operational insights, and practical adjustments based on what’s working now. January’s meeting will serve as an introductory session to meet fellow members, share goals, and help shape future topics and speakers for the group.
