Ashley Singer's journey from over a decade in the corporate world of the food and beverage industry to entrepreneurship in the trades exemplifies the pursuit of passion and purpose. In 2018, feeling overwhelmed by work stress, Ashley sought a change that would allow her to explore her creative side and engage in hands-on work. Transitioning into the remodeling business, she completed an apprenticeship with a local general contractor and discovered her love for design and tile work. Out of this passion, Tile Jawn was born—a women-owned and operated tile installation, LVP and design company dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable projects. With a client base comprising 60% investors and 40% residential customers, Tile Jawn focuses on durability and marketability to ensure long-term value for clients. Ashley's advocacy for women in trades extends beyond her business endeavors, as she actively participates in industry associations and shares her expertise through podcasts and publications. As an Airbnb Ambassador, she mentors new hosts, drawing from her own successful short-term rental experience.
