What does increasing deal flow in 2026 actually look like for you? Is it one extra deal a year… or one extra deal every month? In today’s competitive market, consistent acquisitions don’t happen by accident — they come from the right systems, processes, and mindset.
In this session, we’ll start by breaking down the fundamentals of modern deal flow across fix & flips, rental portfolios, and wholesaling. The focus will be on repeatable acquisition processes that help investors move beyond random leads and inconsistent marketing.
This conversation is especially important right now. Experienced acquirers need to understand how quickly sourcing, analysis, and speed-to-decision are evolving. At the same time, newer investors now have access to tools that can dramatically accelerate their pipeline and shorten the learning curve that used to take years to overcome.
We’ll then transition into how technology supports those systems. You’ll see how AI-powered tools and data aggregation can act as an extension of a strong acquisition strategy — helping flippers find projects, landlords source rentals, wholesalers analyze and package deals, and agents better serve buyers and sellers. The session will wrap with a look at how automation and smarter data can help turn your acquisition goals into a more predictable, scalable pipeline.
If growing your deal flow is a priority for 2026, this is a conversation you don’t want to miss.
🎤 About the Speaker
Drew Farnese is a driven real estate entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in investing, flipping, and building rental portfolios. He began his career at just 21 years old and quickly scaled his operations, co-founding Vantage Real Estate Solutions, a property management firm, and Revamp365, a wholesale and technology company serving investors throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
After scaling his own business, Drew recognized that consistent deal flow was the biggest obstacle investors face. That led to the creation of systems and marketing strategies that now power Revamp365, and today he is focused on expanding Revamp365.ai, a platform designed to modernize how investors source and evaluate deals in an increasingly competitive market.
