First an investor, then a wholesaler, Stephen Chatto bought his first investment property in 1999 as a three-family house hack. After living rent free for a while, Stephen continued to purchase, renovate, and rent houses until 2013 when he used wholesaling to break out of the W2 world and become a full-time investor.  Today Stephen has over 60 Units, and constantly looking for more deals.  That’s where having a wholesaling business comes in handy.

Stephen prides himself on doing things the right way and enjoys teaching those that take action.  He has helped numerous investors through his you tube show (Chat with Chatto) and by running the wholesaling subgroup for SJREIA.
