Stuart has assumed multiple roles within the real estate industry including attorney, broker of record and real estate investor. Stuart began his professional career working as an attorney at Hersha Hospitality Trust, a hotel development and management REIT. While there, Stuart purchased single family homes and quickly recognized his true passion was on the investment and development side of the transaction. Through his investment journey, Stuart has owned single family portfolios, built ground up condos and single-family homes, owned and developed multi-family and mix use properties, completed building conversions and historical restorations.  Applying lessons learned from past projects, Stuart has formulated a simple and common-sense approach to investing that keeps his pipeline full and ensures whether it’s a for-sale project or rental unit, the property is easily absorbed by the market.
