This one-day DIG University Real Estate education class is broken into two parts. In the morning session (8:30 a.m. to noon), attendees will learn how to build a killer wholesaling business. Lessons include: How to build a large buyers list in less than a day,How to avoid newbie wholesaling mistakes, Negotiating tips, Tips to get a spot on the wholesaler's list. In the afternoon session (1 p.m. to 4 p.m.), attendees will learn how to demystify comps and cap rates. You will learn about: Recognizing red flags that can drop values, Understanding supply/demand and its effects, How city comps are different than the suburbs, How to do math the RIGHT way.Cost is $59 for members through September 1, or $79 for non-members.
