Spring 2019 - Building a Mutually Profitable Relationship with Realtors

The relationship between realtors and real estate investors doesn't have to be adversarial. In this class, we'll talk about why good realtors are good for business, and how you can train them to find properties you want to buy.

In this class you'll learn:

  • How to sell flips for top dollar and chop the realtor fees
  • 5 tips that guarantee first shot at pocket listings
  • 6 myths that realtors don't want you to know about
  • 7 profit-killing mistakes made by newbies

The class runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is held at the community center inside the Willow Grove Giant, 315 York Road in Willow Grove, PA 19090.

You’ll find the Giant near the intersection of York and Easton roads. Enter the door on the right side of the building. The community center is on the second floor.

DIG reserves the right to change speakers and subject matter. We will not offer food or beverages, but Giant has several food and drink options in its food court.
